We have hosted Company Picnics that range from as little as 50 people up to 2000+. Each of these events have been very successful.

* Each event is 4 hours and will contain the following:
* Gathering Place Pavilion - seats 200+
* And/Or
* Shenandoah Room - (Indoor) seats 4o+
* Full Swing batting Cage - Unlimited Use
* Narrow Passage Miniature Golf - Unlimited Use
* Mountain View Driving Range - Unlimited Use

Our Go-Kart track: is not included in the Unlimited use but is available for
rent as follows - with 12- cars running at the same time -

* half hour rental - 175.00
* 1 hour rental - 300.00

No Parties after 4pm on Weekends

Rates -

* 1 - 99 people = $20.00 per person
* 100-399 people = $15.00 per person
* 400 + = $ 10.00 per person
* Children under 4 years of age Free

Catering is available on site for an additional cost

* Events can be rescheduled for rain date
* No change to the contract l4 days prior to the event
* 25% non refundable deposit at date of signing contract
* Balance Due 14 days prior to Event
